Welcome back for another hand-picked Prestigious Pokémon card!
Today, I decided to pick a card that I’ve pulled about a year ago in an Obsidian Flames Booster Box: Ninetales (199/197). As anyone would be, I was super happy when pulling this card because it looked so gorgeous, and I had no clue this card was in the set back then.
Illustrated by SIE NANAGARA, this card showcases one of the most beautiful Ninetales cards ever made. The yellow tones of the forest while it’s autumn, the soft sunlight peeking from behind the trees in the background… It all goes perfectly together with the fur of Ninetales.
The scene itself is very peaceful. This graciously looking Pokémon is enjoying the forest while it’s still quiet, stretching its paws and tails while the sun is rising. If only I could wake up like that!
